After creating my "Do You Kiva?" layout I was looking at my stack of not-yet-used Collage Press paper and thought, "Hmm...that cream colored map paper worked out kind of well, what can I do with the black version of it?" Voila:

It Figures...

We'd have a week of 75-degree weather and then launch into spring break with windy and 50s. Well, since I've last posted I've made a Target run, a Whole Foods run, entertained by throwing a make-your-own pizza dinner, attended a friend's birthday dinner, hosted a playdate, cleaned the house twice (okay, with lots of help from the family), used Wii Fit twice, endured multiple tantrums, and spent some time scrapbooking.

A Little Cupcake Love

Okay, so I have never understood the cupcake craze from the culinary angle, but from a graphics standpoint they are pretty cute, especially these bright and colorful cupcakes from Bella Blvd's new Sweet Celebrations line. And for anyone who is curious, yes, I handcut each of these 18 cupcakes. It's a good task to take on during commercial breaks. :)



I'll be posting frequently here this week because it's (finally!) spring break around here! :) Nine days of rest, family, friends, Wii Fit (my new addiction!), shopping, cooking, photography, and scrapbooking. Can you tell I'm excited?!

Inspired by Typo

Okay, so this weekend I have made eleven cards and two layouts. I think my burst of creative energy started with the new American Crafts Typo chipboard Thickers in mustard. I'll share the two layouts and the card I made with the Thickers and will be back later this week with some more cards.
